Lov-ING this week

I’m off gallivanting around Iceland for the weekend but wanted to pop in and share what I have been loving this week.

Wanting

This week I have enjoyed some great posts from my fellow bloggers that have brightened these winter days. I couldn’t chose just one, they all deserve a shout out!

  • Check out this post by Amanda at Rhyme & Ribbons, finally someone who agrees that Harry Potter can be related to real life situations.
  • If your dreaming of leaving your life and traveling the world read this post by Kate at Diaries of an Essex Girl, I am more than ready to leave the cold and work on a tropical island somewhere!
  • For all my fellow dog lovers out there this post filled with pictures of adorable dogs from Codi at The Art of Balance will be sure to put a smile on your face.

I know I am late to the game with this show but I am hooked on Orange is the New Black. Anyone else out there a huge fan?

After posting about my favorite beaches in Greece I can’t stop day dreaming about beach days and warm sunshine. I am more than ready to book my ticket back to Greece, to bad my bank account is not quite on my level.

Sharing
Sharing my stories with my family and hearing what everyone else is up to just makes me so happy. With an 8 hour difference between Iceland and Oregon it makes it tricky to keep in touch with everyone back home. When I do get to talk with my family I appreciate it that much more and I love each and every phone call, email, and picture from home, especially when I get photos of these cuddling pups.Sleeping Pups

    Aww, that golden hardly fits in that bed. His face is all squished. As for me, I am also loving communicating with those I love back home. My time difference is only 5 hours, in comparison to your 8 hours, but it sure makes things difficult.

      I know, she has a big dog syndrome and is pretty certain her and the pug are the same size:) Time difference is so difficult, thank goodness for weekend skype chats!

      Iceland has the highest per capita movie watching rate, after being here over the winter I understand why! I have never seen more tv series or movies tell now, were just well educated in the entertainment industry:)

      Totally agree, those boots just need to be mine if I am going to walk in the snow!

    I am loving those boots. I tend to like the shorter ones than the tall ones. And I’ve heard so much about Orange is the new black show but have never sat down to watch it.

      I am the same, i tend to always go for the shorter ones but now I am wanting to try out some tall ones after finding these boots. I have heard so much about Orange is the New black and am glad I finally watched it for myself its so good.

      Aren’t they just to cute! Our goldie just is certain the smallest dog beds are for her and she will do whatever possible to fit inside them:)

      I am so there! I know I am going to be so bummed when I finish the first season so I am trying my best to not just watch the entire season in one day, it is proven quite difficult!

      Oh man thats crazy! I miss online shopping and free shipping back at home they kill us with the shipping fees and then taxing us on whatever we ship in as well!

      Great minds think alike! I love these boots I think I may just have to make the shipping fee splurge and get them:) I know I am trying to not fly through the episodes to fast, glad the second season is coming out in a few months!

      Totally agreed, there are so many good sales back home and I just am dying to ship some stuff over, those high shipping fees are really holding me back! I am so glad the second season is coming out soon I already can’t wait and i haven’t finished the 1st, I am trying to savor it and make it last, probably won’t happen once I have a day to binge watch it;)
