This week was my first full 5 day work week in almost a month! I know, my life is really hard. It has been such a busy week though and everyday after work I have been coming home completely exhausted.

On that exhausted note lets get to today’s post about my favorite things that have been keeping me going this long week.
Favorite TV Show:
via
H and I have been watching 2-3 shows of Parks and Recreation every night. These shows are hilarious!! I can’t believe I have been missing out on them for so long. I foresee some Netflix binge watching in our weekend schedule.
Favorite Recipe:
This Cauliflower pizza recipe is the best one I have tried. Usually my pizza crust turns out a bit wet and you can’t pick it up at all. This recipe adds in an extra tip that seriously made all the difference!
Favorite Song:
It is all about Eurovision this week so I have to support Iceland’s song, even if it wasn’t my favorite from the nominees. These guys know how to be entertaining at least! This is my second year watching Eurovision and for all of you that haven’t seen it your missing out! I can’t wait for the finale Saturday night.
Favorite Drink:

I love Green Smoothies and have one almost everyday. My favorite combination right now is spinach, banana and mango,so good! Just a tip, I always blend my spinach first with water until it is nice and smooth, this way I don’t have to worry about spinach chunks in my smoothie and it gives it that nice neon green color.
Favorite Video:
I absolutely love Ellen! I know this video is a bit old but it has been circling around my Facebook lately and it makes me laugh every time I see it.
Favorite Picture

My baby sister had her first prom this weekend and Azora was sure that she was the prom date. I love this picture of the two of them!
Favorite Happenings from the Week:
-We finalized our summer holiday plans this week, purchased our flight tickets and booked our accommodation. For 14 days in July we will be island hopping the Croatian islands and I can’t wait.
-Last weekend I had a girls night with girls from all over Europe. Learning about their backgrounds and culture was so much fun. One of my favorite things about living abroad is the people you met!
-On Wednesday nights I have the house to myself while H is off at his weekly soccer match. I love these nights, I get to eat what I want for dinner, catch up on my shows and take over the bed before H gets back home. It is the little things!
-I had my first Icelandic class this week since January. I was so nervous that I would not understand anything and even more stressed out when no one else showed up to class and it was just me and the teacher. I managed to spend an hour talking in broken Icelandic to her and when she told me how impressed she was with my Icelandic I basically jumped for joy.
