Russell Brand was hilarious and insane at the same time. Everything I expected Russell Brand to be like when performing was true and I was not disappointed. Look at how close he was to me!

I am not the only one that thinks Iceland is a winter wonderland. CNN just voted Reykjavik one of the 10 best places to spend Christmas! So glad I get to spend the holidays in such a beautiful place.

Question of the Day?
Have you done or experienced anything new this month?

Linking up with Lisa, Niki, and Karly Kim for some extra blogging fun!

I’m not sure whether those Yule Lads are hilarious or terrifying!

    • http://unlockingkiki.com/ Kiki

Haha right I agree! I think I am beginning to find them funny since they have them all over town. My favorite is the buildings that have them projected at night always doing something crazy. It has been fun walking around and seeing all the shoes in the windows as well :)

What a fun look back, my husband really wants to start Breaking Bad but I know we will gorge on it like you did so I am waiting till we have the time to do it!

    • http://unlockingkiki.com/ Kiki

I know that was totally us, we just watched nothing but Breaking Bad until the end. Since we don’t have any other interesting channels (unless you count the Icelandic parliament or news channel interesting) it was nice having something to watch at night. But yes warning its addicting so be prepared to watch it in marathons!

  • danniellek

I haven’t started watching Breaking Bad either, but we just finished up like all the series we were watching, so might be time to start. So cool you got to see Russell Brand too!

    • http://unlockingkiki.com/ Kiki

Yes, I recommend the series for sure! It was so fun seeing Russell Brand, he was just as crazy as you would imagine him to be.

Iceland has been on my must-visit list for years now but the timing has never really worked out. I never thought about going there in the winter!

    • http://unlockingkiki.com/ Kiki

I hope one day it works out and you get the chance to visit! Such a beautiful landscape and the wintertime is a beautiful time to visit, and of course a bit cheaper:)
