Have you ever been planning a trip and found yourself frustrated with how many different websites you had to go through? Ever think about how awesome it would be if you could put all the information from those dozen tabs you have open into one single window?
Tune in cause I am about to tell you about a site that will change how you plan your trips. Dear fellow travelers, let me introduce you to my new go to travel planning resource, TripCreator.
Do you feel like you just joined an exclusive club that knows about insider secrets? I did too when I first learned about TripCreator! I am about to blow your mind again. This wonderful site, it is free to use!
So what exactly is this magical site TripCreator?
TripCreator is all about making travel planning easy and fun. I am not kidding when I say it can take care of all your travel planning needs in one place. From a trip planner that helps you create a customized travel itinerary, to a guide full of ideas of things to do in different destinations, TripCreator will help you plan every aspect of your ideal trip.
Let’s talk about the different features of TripCreator starting with its trip planner.
TripCreator’s trip planner allows you to build a trip that is completely customized based on your interests and needs. To start you will enter in a bit of information regarding your trip dates and travel preferences.
Using the information you enter in TripCreator will then generate a suggested trip will all things from accommodation, rental cars, sightseeing and activities. An added bonus, you don’t have to go anywhere else to book your trip, you can do it all right in TripCreator.
Some cool features I just have to highlight because they are brilliant:
- TripCreator only suggests accommodation, tours and activities that still have space available on your given dates. Goodbye to all those frustrating times where you find an awesome tour to join only to discover it is booked when you will be there.
- You can customize your trip to reflect how busy you want your schedule to be, the things you enjoy doing most when traveling, and your budget. I think this is my Viking’s favorite feature, now he can see just how busy our travel schedule will be with all that I have planned.
- TripCreator shows the prices for everything it lists. Right away you will see how much the car rental will costs, the price of all the tours listed, even the estimate cost of your entire trip.
In addition to the trip planner feature on TripCreator, another resource the site has is the destination page. Choose the destination you are planning a trip to, add in any specifics such as the region you are visiting, or activities you are most interested in, and let TripCreator work its magic.
Based on the specification you enter in TripCreator will generate a list of all the different activities, accommodations and restaurant to check out in one place. Travel planning in its simplest form, just how it should be.
I recently tried out this feature for myself to help me plan our trip to Scotland and got some great ideas from it, so I thought why not give it a go for Iceland and use it for our upcoming Westfjords trip?
Just like that I have dozens of things to add to my Westfjord trip in one easy step. So now I have tons of ideas of what to do in the Westfjords, but how to decide what to see and do in the time frame I have is the hard part.
To help me decide what to do and what to skip I like to learn a bit more about the place. This is no problem with TripCreator, I just have to click on the attraction, tour, or town I am interested in learning more about and an entire detailed description appears.
Isn’t this site a traveler’s dream come true? I truly can’t think of anything more I would need to know when travel planning. TripCreator covers it all in one handy place.
One last thing to mention before I stop raving about TripCreator, this travel resource isn’t just for those visiting Iceland. While the company was founded in Iceland it now covers multiple destinations across Europe, and even the US and Canada.
Give TripCreator a try for your next trip and let me know how you feel about traveling planning after using it.
