Welcome to Travel Tuesday!
Today I am sharing another one of the lovely Greek islands, Naxos.
Naxos really surprised me and was one of my favorite stops on our month long trip. Our days were filled with lazy beach time, fruity cocktails enjoyed while watching the sunset and lots of delicious meals, I am still dreaming about my time in Naxos.
To summarize just how wonderful our time in Naxos was here is my Do’s and Don’ts for Naxos.
Do play on the beach all day
Don’t step on the sand art!
Do eat at the little restaurants around town
The food in Greece is amazing and we didn’t have one meal that disappointed us during our time in Naxos. It seems to be the smaller the restaurant and the more family that works there the better the food!
Don’t forget dessert 
Do rent a 4-wheeler and drive all over the island
I was a bit surprised by how dry and desert like the Greek islands were. I had it in my mind that they would be a bit more tropical but it was still beautiful.
You never know when you will stumble upon old ruins or an old beautiful church out in the middle of no where!
An extra bonus if your 4-wheeler matches your dress!
Don’t run over the farmer and his goats that take up the entire road
Instead take their picture while you wait for them to pass.
Do walk around the Old Market in downtown
Be sure to check out all the adorable signs around the town as well!
Don’t forget to look up
You never know what you will find hiding in the flowers.
Do watch the sunset every night with a fruity cocktail in hand
We couldn’t get enough of the sunsets, no matter where you enjoy them from you are in for a treat!
And last but certainly not least…
Don’t forget to watch the beautiful sunrise on the beach
Yes the Greek life treated us well, I hope to make it back one day, Greece looks good on us!
